RETURNS & EXCHANGES
This Return & Exchange Policy relates to purchases made on the CAMELIA website only.

WHEN CAN YOU RETURN MERCHANDISE?
Australian Orders: You can return merchandise purchased online at any time within seven days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.

International Orders: You can return merchandise purchased online at any time within fourteen days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.

We cannot accept the change of mind return or exchange of sale items, shoes that have been worn or items that have been used.

We cannot accept the change of mind return or exchange of items bought in a sale.

CONDITION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE
We will happily accept the return or exchange of full price merchandise that has been purchased online and returned to us in its unworn and original condition with labels and swing tags intact.

WHERE CAN I RETURN THE MERCHANDISE?
Please post merchandise back to the CAMELIA 50, Glen Eira Rd, Ripponlea, Victoria, Australia, 3185 for a refund or an exchange.

Alternatively, customers are more than welcome to return merchandise at our boutique: CAMELIA 50, Glen Eira Rd, Ripponlea, Victoria, Australia, 3185.

Please include a copy of the original invoice when returning merchandise.

All merchandise being sent back to the CAMELIA must be posted to the below address:

FAULTY OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We want you to be completely happy with your online purchases, if you are not happy with the merchandise that you have received because you believe it is faulty or was damaged in transit, please let us know in writing, quoting your customer order number within seven days for Australian orders of receipt or fourteen days for International orders of receipt.
If we agree that merchandise is either faulty or has been damaged in transit, we will replace faulty or damaged merchandise, issue a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price in exchange for the faulty or damaged merchandise.
Our liability is limited to a replacement of merchandise, issue of a credit note, or a refund of the purchase price.
If you do not let us know within the aforementioned period, we will take this to mean that you are happy with your purchases and that your merchandise is satisfactory. We will not accept any claims for fault or damage after the expiry of fourteen days.

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS POSTAGE AND HANDLING COSTS
CAMELIA offers free returns and refunds on all orders received within 7 days.

A Reply Paid return satchel is included with every purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase just drop it off at the post office or letterbox and a refund will be issued once we receive the goods.

You are also welcome to drop it off in person at CAMELIA 50, Glen Eira Rd, Ripponlea, Victoria, Australia, 3185 in Australia, 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POSTAGE AND HANDLING COSTS
You are responsible for payment of delivery charges incurred in returning merchandise to us, including faulty and damaged merchandise.
We recommend that you return merchandise either in person at CAMELIA 50, Glen Eira Rd, Ripponlea, Victoria, Australia, 3185in Australia, or by posting the merchandise back to the CAMELIA 50, Glen Eira Rd, Ripponlea, Victoria, Australia, 3185 by registered post or courier to ensure it is received. We are not responsible to merchandise that is lost in transit.
All merchandise returned to us must be packaged appropriately.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
If you return merchandise to the CAMELIA boutique Australia, please ensure that you bring the credit card used for the original payment, this allows us to process your return and refund the payment to you.
If you return merchandise via mail to CAMELIA, refunds are securely processed back into the credit card used for the original payment.
